Shipping and Delivery

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed before shipment. Custom Print items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, canvases, posters, gift apparel): 3 to 5 business days. Custom blankets and quilted bedding: 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order textile, wedding decor, and personalized decor items: usually 2 to 4 business days. Please check each product page for item-specific material and processing details. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total package weight of the items in your order. You do not need to know the weight yourself. Shopify will show the shipping cost before you complete checkout.

As a simple guide, most single apparel or fashion gift orders usually fall around the lower domestic tiers. Most single canvas, blanket, wall art, or home decor orders usually fall around the 1.1 to 2 lb tier. Metal signs and multi-item orders may fall into a higher tier because the package weight is higher. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2.1 to 3 lb: $12.59
3.1 to 4 lb: $15.89
4.1 to 5 lb: $19.19
5.1 to 6 lb: $22.50
6.1 to 7 lb: $25.80
7.1 to 8 lb: $29.11
8.1 to 9 lb: $32.32
9.1 to 10 lb: $35.69
10.1 lb and up: $38.88

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping.
Example: a Custom Print order may take 7 to 12 business days total. A custom blanket or quilted bedding order may take 9 to 19 business days total (these ship in 6 to 14 business days). A made-to-order textile or wedding decor order may take 5 to 11 business days total.

3. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email. You can check your order status anytime through the tracking link in your confirmation email.

4. Holiday and Event Cutoffs
For the best chance of delivery in time for an event (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, wedding date), please order Custom Print items at least 14 business days before the event and made-to-order textile or wedding decor items at least 16 business days before the event. We post specific cutoff dates on our homepage banner during peak seasons.

5. Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, large sale events), production and shipping may take a little longer than usual. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please email us and we will look into it right away.

6. Taxes
Sales tax may be applied to your order in accordance with U.S. state and local tax regulations.
