Since everything is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please double-check before ordering!

Item arrived damaged or wrong?
We've got you. Snap a photo, email us at cs@ottermia.com within 30 days, and we'll send a replacement or refund - no need to ship anything back.

How long do refunds take?
PayPal: 1 business day. Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days.
